8. Complaints Policy

We will acknowledge all written complaints within two working days and respond within twenty working days or a written or an explanation of why the response is taking longer and when they can expect a response.
9. Returns Policy
Consultation fees will be refunded up to 48 hours prior to the appointment.
Products will be exchanged within 14 days of purchase only provided the products have not been opened or used.
Avery Aesthetics will not provide refunds on treatments that have been provided in good faith or refunds on treatments if the patient has had an adverse reaction to treatment.
10. Policy On Covid
Patients attending appointments at this time are required to come alone to reduce the risk of spreading coronavirus or other illnesses. If you do attend your appointment with a child, pet, or friend, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
